Tara needs surgery asap

Please help Tara. Krissy Smith’s wonderful dog Tara is only 4 years old. Somehow, she slipped a disk in her spine last Tuesday, and is now completely paralyzed in her hind end. Without an MRI and surgery, the outlook is bleak.
Tara is an old soul. She has a quiet way of making people feel special. The other animals love her, and the people adore her. Each night now, her human 8-year old brother makes a bed of pillows with big borders for the two of them in the living room, so she won’t be alone.
The MRI is $3,000 and the surgery is $5,000. We’re hoping Tara’s Netherwood Acre friends will help fund the surgery as it is too expensive for Krissy to handle on her own. She’s on her way down to Brewster for the MRI now. So please contribute asap. We will keep you updated. Thank you very much.
