Tanya's Mummy Tummy Fundraiser

7 Years ago my sister gave birth to twins, unlike some women she unfortunately didn’t bounce back so well. 7 years of putting her kids and everyone first (like most mums). Due to carrying twins she suffered a fair amount of damage to her stomach. Currently living with severely separated abs and hernia's amongst other things and goes day to day living through the constant pain and not being able to live the life she wants. Unfortunately to fix this, the surgery in not covered under healthcare and is classed as cosmetic. To do this she is looking at $10,000 to $20,000. Almost every avenue she looked at has been a closed door until she reached out recently and asked for help. Which knowing her, was not easy. So as her brother i have decided to try and raise the money, but not just for the surgery but what a great opportunity to give back, right? So for every $500 raised i will be dedicating 5 hours of volunteer time for The Children’s Hospital Foundation in Brisbane.  Not only that but taking this further to other mums out there! Other mums who forget about themselves post baby and might need that bit of support and remind them of how great they really are. My end goal is $15,000 and thank you so much for your support.
