Tanya is disabled with MS & needs help relocating

Hi. My name is Tiara, and I am fundraising for Tanya, my disabled mother, to relocate to Virginia and get better care. My mom is permanently disabled with multiple sclerosis and requires around-the-clock supervision. My sister in Virginia has space for her. However, we need funds to physically transport her and pay for in-home nursing care out of pocket while she waits for her new benefits for in-home care to start in Virginia.

Before becoming immobile, Tanya was an active member of her community, serving on community boards and working in many roles through which she advocated for less fortunate individuals. Now, she needs the assistance of her greater community to help her in her time of need.

Despite her disability, Tanya has constantly challenged herself, even returning to college, and at 59 years young, she maintains a 3.91 GPA.

Tanya still has a lot of passion for life. However, after losing her husband and primary source of support in 2020 due to symptoms of diabetes, Tanya is alone, and desperately needs the stability her daughter can provide.
