Want to join Tampon Tuesday Toronto in making a difference? Our team is raising money to benefit Daily Bread Food Bank, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution! Tampon Tuesday is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2009 by Mandi Fields in London, ON, in response to the immediate need for menstrual hygiene product donations at the local food bank. Menstrual hygiene products are one of the most requested, yet least donated items at food banks, and TT seeks to address this need. The Covid-19 pandemic has only worked to exacerbate this already significant problem, and it is up to all of us to help tackle period poverty within our communities. Over the last decade, Tampon Tuesday has spread across Canada to over 30 different cities that now host annual events.
