Tammy Kemp ALS Fund

Donation protected
Tammy Kemp is a wife and a mother of two girls, ages 14 and 10. Tammy was diagnosed with ALS on October 12, 2017. Her disease is progressing rapidly. She has already lost mobility in both arms and is losing mobility in one of her legs. She is now in a power wheelchair at all times. Anytime Tammy has a doctors appointment or the girls have a sporting event, Jeff has to physically pick Tammy up and place her in the vehicle and then load a wheelchair in the back. This results in Tammy not being able to be in her comfortable power wheelchair as it is too big and heavy to load, so she has to be in another portable wheelchair, and this is not an ideal situation for Jeff. This family is in need of a converted van that can get Tammy where she needs to be. There is a stipulation with this van that was discussed with Jeff and Tammy when the suggestion of raising money for them. Because ALS has a life expectancy of 2-5 years after diagnosis - when Tammy is finished with this van, it is to go to another local family that is affected by ALS that cannot afford a converted van. These vans cost up to $65,000.  Please consider giving to this wonderful family.
