Tamil Covid19 Food Relief

Tamils living in Sri Lanka have been suffering the most without being able to access food and essentials. The curfews implemented due to COVID 19 has hit some of our own people hard, especially those living in the North and East of Sri Lanka. Particularly those who are living in more secluded villages. The Tamil poor and working class of the island are in desperate times, again. In this time of International crisis, anyone who has the ability to assist should do so. Tamil Freedom Coalition is raising money to provide dry rations to families in the war affected area of Batticaloa. If we raise our goal of $2000CAD dollars it is about 264000 Rupees on average, which will provide 132 families food for the month.  

Tamil Freedom Coalition is not a charity organization, but our goal has always been to help with the material grievances of our community as they come in the short term and the long term. Right now this is what our people are asking for.
