"The World's Toughest Row" - One Ocean Crew

The One Ocean Crew are racing to be the first female crew to cross the finish line of The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2021.
Jen, Emily, JP and Erin are an international crew who are racing across the Atlantic Ocean. Covering more than 3000 miles from La Gomera, Canary Islands, to Antigua they will be completely self sufficient, powered only by strength, grit and determination.
The race will be relentless; facing salt sores, blisters, sleep deprivation and up to 40ft swells - it is no surprise that more people have climbed Everest than rowed an ocean.
BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Taking on this monster challenge also comes with the challenge of getting to the start line; buying a boat, shipping, training courses, equipment, insurance... At an estimated £139,000 to get to the start line, we need your help to ensure this challenge is a success.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We will initially use donations towards our race costs. All proceeds will be donated to the Sea Ranger Service.
The Sea Ranger Service trains unemployed youths and provides them with a stepping stone into a maritime career. After extensive training and a rigorous selection process led by navy veterans, the Sea Rangers are deployed to assist nations to manage Marine Protected Areas. As the One Ocean Crew, we love that the Sea Ranger Service addresses the challenge of ocean protection in a way that also tackles unemployment, creates shipbuilding jobs, trains young people for a maritime career and supports veterans. It places a healthy thriving ocean and a prosperous society hand in hand. We believe that the Sea Ranger Service is the future of impactful ocean protection and we hope you will join us in supporting them!

If you would like to sponsor something specific, every denomination of £50 will sponsor a One Ocean Crew Atlantic Mile and you or your company will appear on our supporters club page on the website.
Any donation of £250 or above will get you into our 250 Pioneers Club, getting your name or company logo in the 250 club section of our boat, and you will be with us as we cross the Atlantic Ocean!
