<div>A deeply distressing incident involving severe bullying and physical assault inflicted upon12-year-old with Cerebral palsy. His body partially impaired, limiting his ability to run and utilize his right side of body effectively. Two teenagers in our neighborhood, who frequently boasts about their martial arts training and attendance at a martial arts school. They are physically developed beyond their age group, possess a significant advantage over the boy with CP. They subjected him to repeated acts of physical abuse, inflicting pain and suffering upon him. They would lift him forcefully and throw him over their hip, only to slam him down onto the ground, with the impact landing on his vulnerable head. To make matters worse, they would take turns kicking him mercilessly while he lay defenseless, unable to protect himself or escape. The young boy, overwhelmed with fear and pain, would cry out and beg for mercy. He tried desperately to run away, but his paralysis made it impossible for him to flee from his tormentors. The bullies, aware of his vulnerability, intimidated him into silence. They made sure his friends, who witnessed the abuse, were also too frightened to speak up. The cycle of abuse persisted, leaving the young boy trapped in a nightmarish existence. When the mother discovered her child's plight, she was devastated. She immediately sought help and reported the abuse to the police, expecting justice to be served. However, the response she received was disheartening. The perpetrators, when confronted, dismissively claimed that it was just a game of "mutual wrestling." Shockingly, the authorities chose to believe their account, attributing the violent acts to the innocent play of children. The mother's heart sank. She knew deep down that what her child endured was far from mutual. It was clear to her that the abuse had caused severe physical and emotional trauma. Desperate for answers and a resolution, the mother sought medical help for her child. The gravity of her child's condition became increasingly evident as he exhibited symptoms of a concussion, such as severe headaches, nausea, and disorientation. The doctor finally recognized the truth – the repeated blows to his head had caused brain trauma, potentially leading to long-term consequences, including epilepsy, chronic migraines, and the need for future surgeries. To add to the mother's anguish, the bullies took their cruelty a step further. They filmed the young boy's suffering and shamelessly posted it on TikTok for the world to see. When the mother stumbled upon this heart-wrenching video, her pain turned into a burning determination for justice. Feeling failed by the authorities, the mother knew she needed a warrior by her side – an attorney who specialized in child abuse cases.
