<div>Takt &amp; Torte ist ein soziales Begegnungsprojekt für Seniorinnen und Senioren.

<div>Es verbindet Musik, Tanz, Bewegung und Gemeinschaft in einem sicheren, wertschätzenden Rahmen.

<div>Jede Veranstaltung besteht aus zwei Teilen:

<div> 13:00–15:00 Uhr – TanzWorkshop
</div>
<div>Ein sanfter, angeleiteter Workshop für Körperwahrnehmung, Rhythmus und Sicherheit – auch im Sitzen möglich.

<div> 15:00–18:00 Uhr – TanzCafé „Takt &amp; Torte“
</div>
<div>Ein offenes Tanz- und Begegnungscafé mit Musik, Kaffee und Kuchen.
</div>
<div>Hier darf getanzt, gelacht, geredet – oder einfach nur dabei gewesen werden.
</div>

<div>Viele unserer Gäste leben allein, haben gesundheitliche Einschränkungen oder pflegen Angehörige. Für sie ist Takt &amp; Torte oft der einzige Anlass, das Haus zu verlassen und Teil einer Gemeinschaft zu sein.
