I have a 14-year-old son with Autism. I had to abruptly go on leave from my job for several months and was eventually fired due to my doctor feeling that it was unsafe for me to return to work because of the aggressive chemotherapy and my critically weakened immune system.

<div>My family has tried their best to assist me; however, their funds have been exhausted. My medical bills have exceeded thousands of dollars due to my lapse in health insurance. My car is broken down, and payments are behind. Everything you can think of going wrong financially is past the due point. I honestly did not make this my first choice for resources. I had a hard time making the decision to request assistance from others, however, <strong>I really need help.</strong> I’m not on any assistance and My Doctor absolutely will not sign off on my return to work document. I am waiting for health insurance and unemployment. But I am in desperate need of assistance so that I can finish my treatments and continue to see my oncologist.
