Love2Hope is proud to be the first nonprofit in Bellingham dedicated to supporting unhoused individuals and their companion animals. For over a decade, we’ve provided essential services like minor veterinary care, vaccinations, pet food, and supplies to help both pets and their owners thrive.

Today, we need your support to continue our mission of helping unhoused pets who are in urgent need of care.

Take Boss, for example—a 3-year-old cat with pelvic fractures. Without surgery to repair his bones, he may never sit or jump again. The procedure will cost several thousand dollars.

Or Pinky, rescued from a hoarding situation, who is battling severe diarrhea and a swollen belly and needs urgent medication.

Then there’s Bandit, a 16-year-old pit bull who has been homeless for most of her life. She was injured after accidentally impaling herself, leaving a large wound that required immediate veterinary care.

And Zeus, a young German shepherd, narrowly survived parvo because his owner couldn’t afford vaccines. He’s now on the road to recovery, but his story highlights the critical need for preventive care.

Max, a 2-year-old dog living in the woods, is another example of a pet in desperate need of vaccinations to protect him from life-threatening diseases.
