Tahlz in Nepal - Medical Trek

I am headed to Nepal for 3 weeks to volunteer my medical skills in multiple remote villages. A little about me - I have been Nursing since I was 18 but most recently I have spend the last year and a half nursing in a busy Emergency Department on the Central Coast and during this time I have broadened my skills and have become confident in my work.
I will be travelling through Himalayan Villages providing medical treatment to isolated villages along side 10 other medical professionals. They estimate we will see and treat 300 villagers a day all with minimal equipment and no technology. We will treat endemic diseases such a Polio and Typhoid and see many elderly, children and pre/post natal women. This is a free service to the villagers who would otherwise go without. They have NO road access are very far from any medical treatment. If there is no road access.... How will we get there? Hike!
Along with the villages, we will also be providing healthcare to a school and a nursing home.
We will have limited access to many things including clean water, toilets and definitely showers. Mosquitos absolutely love me so I am also accepting cans of aeroguard as donations ha ha! I have set up this go fund me page because volunteering for this Trek does come with a hefty price tag of AU$2400 (just to take part). Where will your donations go?
