March 14th is National Pie Day, and you know what that means... The TAG Pie Challenge! Plus, we have a special surprise if we hit our goal (we'll tell you about it soon). Here's how it works... 1. Post a video of you getting hit with a pie (feel free to get creative)! 2. Tag a friend or two (or five) and challenge them to donate or get pied! 3. Include the link to this page (www.gofundme.com/tagpiechallenge), and the hashtag #TAGPieChallenge2020 Here are some of the amazing projects your dollars will be supporting... • Helping teens and young adults find faith-based healing from struggling life situations (such as depression, self-harm, eating disorders, PTSD, abuse, bullying, anxiety, thoughts/attempts of suicide, and more)! • Paying for our performance venue! • Finishing all the orchestration for our original musicals so we can start licensing our shows to other theatre companies! • Two new microphones to replace the ones that died recently! • Summer drama camps for kids! • Community theatre classes! • Touring shows! (We have one particular production coming up this spring, Unmasked, that we would love to tour over the summer. It's something our audiences have been asking for, and we're finally doing it! That exciting news will be coming soon!) Do you accept the challenge? If you're still unsure whether we're worth a pie in the face, here are some reviews from our previous shows... "Esther was OUTSTANDING! The story was well done, costumes were authentic, actors and actresses were well schooled and prepared. Over all we were impressed and well pleased...excited to see the next one." - Audience Member "What a beautifully written play about the life of David! It was moving, eye opening, and so rich with history, full of biblical truth and made the story come to life in vibrant ways! It was amazing to hear songs taken directly from the Bible and sung like they would have been in that time! The production, costumes, and video elements added so much to the experience too! Enjoyed it SO, SO much, learned things I didn't know, learned a new perspective on David's life and God's ways, and will never read the story of David in the same way again!" - Audience Member "I just want to say that all the teens and young adults in (TAG Family Theatre Company) have impacted my life in a very meaningful, spiritual way. You guys consistently show me the love of Christ and what it truly means to be someone after God's own heart. Even with all the difficulties going on in your lives, you always show support, encouragement, and help to those of us in need. I cannot tell you how many times something hard has been happening in my life, and then I attend a TAG meeting or receive a special note from one of you that just lifts me out of my despair. I love all the hugs you guys give out - getting my TAG hugs is one of the highlights of my week!" - TAG Actor "(Esther) was absolutely fantastic! The talent was amazing and the added humor was over the top!!! One of the best plays I have ever seen and that includes Sight and Sound Theater." - Audience Member Thank you to all of you who have offered support for this ministry over the years. You have no idea what a big difference it makes in the lives of our actors and audiences, but we hear the stories everyday! You're truly changing lives, one dollar (or pie) at a time. Ready... Set... PIE!!!
