We have three choices in life, give up, give in, or give it all you've got!Tad gives us all he's got!
We rescued a beautiful mare the kids named Froggy. One year later she had a baby(she was accidentally bred in her holding pen before we got her) we named her baby Tadpole aka Tad.
Tad grew up on PVHC raised by all the kids and Michelle. Tad is now 5 years old and a wonderful horse with TONS of personality.
On 7/25/19 Tad got unexpectedly sick with colic. The PVHC team helped him along with a local vet. On 7/26/19 he stared to decline and was rushed to Steinbeck Equine for more answers.
The doctor said Tad had a twist and needed surgery to save his life. The Doctors both said Tad is really healthy, and that they would except him to have a full healthy life as this colic was just bad luck.
Michelle has owned PVHC for about 26years, she is selling what she can to pay for this surgery.
We are asking for any monetary help you may provide as this will be about $15,000 holy moly
