We are collecting donations so that the TACP members, friends, and family of the 148 ASOS, PA Air National Guard can run the Pennsylvania 24 race relay RAGNAR race in June 2018.
Members of Air Force Special Operations, Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) specialists imbed with Army and Marine units on the frontline with the incredible responsibility of calling in an air strike on the right target at just the right time. These highly trained experts go through intense physical, mental and technical training in order to withstand the demanding conditions of battle and provide their team with the firepower they need for continued success on the battlefield.
The Reebok Ragnar Pennsylvania, happening on June 15-16, 2018, is a running relay adventure over 200 miles long through the night over a consecutive 24 hours, across the region’s most iconic and picturesque landmarks for 12 runners and multiple support members!
For TACP members, and associated participants, this is an opportunity to demonstrate our physical prowess and our strive for an unfettered good time. We will push each other to train, participate, and produce in the team event that exercises our physical dominance, our commitment to badassery in it's natural state, and to follow the race in an esprit de corps development of an unadulterated good time to the likeness of TACP noteriety, hopefully minimizing the offense to our newfound runner comrades.
The 200-ish mile journey kicks off in Lancaster, PA. Runners will breathe in the clean, crisp country air as they run along a sea of fields while enjoying Pennsylvania’s Dutch country. This overnight running relay race doesn’t stop when the sun goes down Friday night. This is when the real fun begins! You’ll have to push yourself—and your teammates—to keep running through the night as headlamps illuminate your way and into the sunrise on Saturday morning. On Saturday, teams make their way over the Schuylkill River and through the town of Jim Thorpe. After each team member has completed all three of their designated legs, you’ll finish triumphantly under the bright orange Ragnar arch nestled in the Poconos Mountains.

For each donation over $100, we will include one square inch design on our customized appearal with the logo or image of your choosing. Below is simple math of how that can be incorporated on the shirt we will wear during and after the race.
$100 = 1"x1"
$200 = 2"x1"
$300 = 3"x1"
$400 = 4"x1" or 2"x2"
Etc. So, for $2000, you could own our whole back.
