My name is Dominic Prado, for the last year i've been cooking up some of the best tacos in the Bay Area. I run a street style cart called Tacos El Ulitimo Baile (The Last Dance). Now I'm trying to take my from scratch style to a wider audience.
In order to make this a full time job/business I need seed money in order to obtain licenses, liability insurance, kitchen time and permits.
With festival season around the corner I would like to have everything in order to go after bigger gigs and share the flavor.
Selling tacos is much more than a way to provide for myself. It's a way for me to connect with people from all backgrounds and hopefully serve them something memorable and put a smile on their face. It's a way to share my love for culture and service.
After 15+ years of trying to figure out what I'm good at and what is it that I want to do, I believe fate has provided an answer.
