TACO THE CAT SURGERY FUND
Hello my name is Lela "Muse" Harrell. I am here trying to raise funds for my 3yr old female cat Taco. This morning I noticed her throwing up but thought maybe it's a hairball. After her throwing up about 6 times I got worried. Then when she started foaming at the mouth I knew I had to get her to a pet hospital asap. I spent $300 just to find out whats wrong with Taco. The doctor did an exam and xray only to find out taco has eaten a heavy duty staple that we believe was stuck to a piece of tape she ate. Taco has a history of eating things that shes not suppose to. This time she ate something her body cannot digest. In fact her body is rejecting the metal in her stomach. While there is a possibility it could pass through her bowels the doctors explained its really risky because an object like this that has sharp edges could possibly puncture some important organs inside her tummy. Unfortunately this situation could be life threatening also because she refuses to eat or drink water and while throwing up bile could dehydrate her to the point of death. I love my cat Taco. And I own her mother Poots and her sister Poncho. Please help me keep my cat family together. I love my cats and take care of them. This unexpected tragedy has come when my funds are very low right now after my recent big move. Anything you can contribute to the cause will be greatly appreciated.
