Tackling child poverty

Some children are not even getting the basics which is one hot meal a day. Think about it...how is that making you feel right now?
B.A.S.E which stands for Building our community, Achieving best outcomes, Supporting one another and Empowing the community, was developed to benefit the community in which we live in.
B.A.S.E first mission is to feed as many children in the borough Enfield that we can reach for free, to ensure that the chidren have one free hot meal a day during the holidays and weekends. Secondly its to build a better community and bring awareness to those that reside in the borough.
We are raising the funds to start building the foundations of this organisation to tackle child poverty and build a better future within our community. With the funds raised it will allow us to secure a kitchen and hall for a year, and purchase the foods that we can not get donated to feed the children. We urgently need the funds to come in so that we can continue the fight of child poverty and buidling a better community, whilst we await funding from other sources to maintain the services we offer.
Giving the children a stepping stone to survival is all it takes. One by one we can reduce child poverty and bring our community out of deprivation. Achieivng our goal would be a lifeline to some of the families that we reach out to and especially the children,
So I am asking please share this go fund me page and lets make a difference in the borough, please donate what you can, every little can make a difference if we all pull together to make that change.
