Harvey victim

My sister, Katie, who is a single mother of 2 teenagers has been displaced from her home in Houston due to Harvey. She is a very strong and independent woman who has faced many hardships over the past 10 years. She was lucky enough to find an apartment for her family while her condo complex is demolished and rebuilt. However, it is still unclear how long this will take as the damage is still being assessed.
