Help Tab Walk Again

My sister is in need of medical help, desperately.  She fell at a  store in Norfolk, NE in September and broke her leg. The injury required surgery and what should have been about 12 weeks of physical therapy.

She does not have health insurance because she works for a very small contracting company in Norfolk, where she lives. She can't afford insurance on the market place because she also is a Type 1 diabetic and has very advanced Crohn's disease. 

This is is where her medical conditions make her health so dire. The Crohn's disease is very advanced and because she doesn't have health insurance she can't be seen by a gastroenterologist to get treatment. The untreated Crohn's disease has caused her to be severely malnourished and consequently she is not healing. She has attempted to get help through social services but does not qualify for any help. She has been advised by the surgeon to apply for disability through social security but this could take a very long time.

The store where she fell is not paying more than $5000, she has months of physical therapy ahead of her to ever have hope of walking again. She has not been able to work ssince the accident and has been sleeping our Mom's couch because she is on crutches and unable to do anything for herself.

I am asking anyone that can help her to pay for the treatment with the gastrointerologist to get the Crohn's disease under control so she can heal. She will no longer be able to continue physical therapy either. Her utilities have been shut off and she will be having to give up her apartment since she can't afford to get them turned back on. She really has no options left she's consulted with an attorney to get help going after the store  to pay for her injuries but that also will take a very long time. Something she just does not have.

She is a very good person that will do and has done anything she can to help other people. She works hard to support herself, she is not married and has no kids so she truly needs help to be able to return to a normal life.
