Help for Dialysis Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5

Raising funds for a former colleague of mine, Bonna Gilbert Blancaflor for his medical financial needs to pay for his dialysis.

Around September of 2018, Bonz was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5 which required him to undergo dialysis 3x a week. Bonz used to work as Product Specialist for a mobile phone company, where his earnings somehow helped him to pay for his dialysis and support his other siblings. After being diagnosed with CKD stage 5, his domestic partner left him with their daughter.

Bonz lost his job during the covid19 pandemic as he is immuno-compromised. As a result he has no financial means to pay for his 3x a week dialysis. His expense per dialysis is about $100 per session. Losing his job while being critically ill meant that he might not survive without undergoing his dialysis, he might not even last a week without dialysis.

I am trying to raise $20,000 for Bonz to help pay for his dialysis and possibly undergo kidney transplant. He has no family to help him. His parents has since passed away and is now an orphan and just living day by day waiting for a chance that he can get a kidney donor to extend his life. Bonz is just renting a room and walks several miles from his residence to the clinic to have his dialysis. Life has been rough for him. He is fighting for his life and remained positive simply because he wanted to see her daughter grow and be a partof her life.
