Alan Parker Get Well Soon

This is from Alans sister Lauren:
I would do anything in the world to trade places with you. You don’t deserve this, you love, you protect, you would do anything for the people you love and care about. For those who don’t know, Alan was involved in an unfortunate event early Boxing Day morning ; 12/26/2017. I am not usually one to share my family business on social media. But the amount of love and support my brother has received today is so heart warming, it is only fair everyone knows what is going on. As of right now, Alan is under heavy sedatives waiting to go into his second surgery, which would be closing him back up. The first consisted of trying to patch up his liver which has internal bleeding caused by one of the bullet fragments going through the bullet entry on his side/back. If all okay after surgery, we will be able to take his tubes out and he can begin to regain consciousness. From there we will do some physical tests and begin a long road to recovery. Unfortunately, some of the other bullet fragments have entered his spinal cord. All we ask is to please hold my brother in your prayers, I do believe in miracles and if any one deserves one, it’s him. He has movement in his upper extremities. I can say, he JUST gave me the finger, which is our “I love you”. He cannot move his lower extremities, maybe he will, and maybe he won’t.
