Money for a home

after five long years, two BEAUTIFUL babies & countless attempts I've finally gained the courage to escape a domestic violence relationship with an alcoholic. My children are currently with me & we are homeless & staying in a shelter. I don't like asking for help none the less accepting it & have been told by many to create a go fund me! Times are hard, but things could be worse; we are healthy & with one another!! I was a stay at home mother for the last 3 years so I'm starting from nothing. I didn't take anything other than clothes with me for my kids! So every penny will go towards housing, furniture, food & transportation to and from work/babysitters!! Countless times I have tried to get away, couch surfing with my kids living out of garbage bags. Broken bones, bruised body, shameful stares... Id run back...not knowing how I could possibly do it, how I could get through, Id go back feeling that this was impossible & like a horrible mother for not being able to provide for them. My kids are my world & it has taken too long for me to make this leap but this time around I KNOW someway, somehow I CAN DO THIS! I GOT THIS!! After being beaten down physically, mentally & emotionally I've FINALLY realized enough is enough. No baby should EVER have to ask mommy if he needs to call the cops ..I appreciate everyone who helps us & can't begin to say Thank you enough ❤️
