5k A Day for Iona

November marked 3 years since the passing of my mother who lost her fight against cancer 30/11/2017 . Ever since then I’ve wanted to do something to raise money for Cancer Research but never quite knew what to do. Over the past 12 months I’ve really got into my running again, so I’ve decided that this next month in addition to my usual dry January (which will be easier this time with Ceri being pregnant ) I’m going to run 5k everyday throughout the month of January, whatever the weather. I’ve also decided to do it now as charities have been particularly affected by the Covid Pandemic this last year. I appreciate times are a little harder than normal right now, so any donation, big or small, will be gratefully received and will go to Cancer Research North West.
