How does one start these things?

Helen Jiao (of Helen's Asian Kitchen)was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and has recently started chemotherapy. She is no longer able to work at the restaurant. In addition, she is still in limbo getting the medical insurance that she needs as she progresses through treatment.

Any money raised will go towards Helen’s medical expenses as well as offset the financial burden of time away from the restaurant.  All donations, no matter how small, are deeply appreciated.
