I'm starting this fundraiser to help my brother Chuck and sister-in-law Vern. They recently lost their sweet daughter Tara Lynn Pulsipher. I would like to help ease their minds financially as they are heartbroken at their daughter's passing.
Tara was a sweet, loving ,beautiful girl who was taking from us way too soon.
