<div>Hola, mi nombre es Esmeralda y hoy recurro a ustedes con el corazón en la mano. Hace poco fui diagnosticada con un problema cerebral, aneurisma, una condición que, si no se trata a tiempo, podría romperse y poner en riesgo mi vida.

<div>Soy mamá de dos maravillosos hijos: Sofia y Carlos una joven de 15 años y un niño de 9, quienes son mi todo. Ellos me necesitan sana y fuerte, y haré todo lo posible por seguir aquí para ellos.

<div>Mi neurólogo me ha indicado que necesito un procedimiento para colocar un dispositivo para evitar la ruptura, pero lamentablemente, en el IMSS me dicen que el procedimiento podría tardar meses, tiempo que no puedo esperar .

<div>El costo total del procedimiento podría ser de más de $800,000 MXN, ya que son 2 aneurismas que arreglar y es una cantidad que no tengo la capacidad de reunir por mi cuenta.

<div>I was diagnosed with two brain aneurysms, a silent and deadly condition that can rupture without warning. By a miracle of God, I survived long enough to undergo my first brain surgery, where doctors placed a flow-diverter stent. But my battle is not over — I still have a second aneurysm that urgently needs surgery before it is too late.

<div>Every day I live with severe headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, and fear. The doctors warned me that without this second surgery, I am at high risk of rupture, which could cause a stroke or sudden death. I am terrified… but I refuse to give up.
