Johnny's Funeral
Donation protected
Hi friends. For those of you who have not yet heard the news, my brother Johnny went to be with Jesus yesterday and I don't really know anything about the cause at the moment, but please keep my whole family in your thoughts and prayers as we move forward in Christ's victory over this death of a dear brother, son, grandson, cousin, and man. Johnny was a great magician, musician, chef, dog owner, worker for Catalina carpentry, juggler, thinker, figurer-outer, outdoorsman, and man of God. Relatively few people ever really knew him and he spent most of his free time taking our dog rusty to Burger King for a snack or watching movies in his room by himself. He had some combination of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder which forced him to be on powerful medications that muted his fun-loving personality, but he had such a servant's heart in this life and I am honored to remember him now as my brother and pal. I know now that he is with Jesus and living a life free from everything he suffered, free from medication and monthly blood tests, and free to behold and praise his Savior. He is now as he was originally intended and that brings comfort. Still, even in this knowledge the wound is deep in my whole family and we would greatly appreciate your prayers for healing and for cheap plane tickets so we can all come together to celebrate his life. We would like to honor his memory with a service and burial but my parents could definitely use some financial assistance. Any and all donations are gladly accepted. May God bless and keep you all and fill us all with more love for one another.
