On Sunday October 18th, 2020 the world unexpectedly lost an amazing soul. Joel was a husband to Vianca & father to 5 year old Victoria. Joel was a 29 year old young man who was starting this year on his dream to build a beautiful life for his family with the perfect home in a great community. He sold his mobile home on land that he loved, with me and decided to build in a DR Horton community that would be better served for his daughter to grow up in amongst young friends and neighbors with the goals of building life long friends. Joel was not just a customer of mine he became a friend to me and my kids. Joel was seen around the neighborhood often with a great big smile and very positive attitude about life. He loved his job and his employer, Steve Wiers, of Florida’s Green Thumb. I’m so honored to have had the opportunity to get to know Joel & I hope that anyone who has the ability will assist in supporting my Go Fund Me in his honor. Donations received will be used towards costly funeral expenses, as well as assisting his beloved wife and daughter through this difficult and horrendous time.
