Raising Money for Cagayan Valley

Cagayan Valley, a region in the Philippines where my hometown is, has been struck by a strong typhoon causing massive flood that has washed out homes, livelihoods and has claimed lives. People are literally crying for help. 
I would like to spend my birthday today by raising money for the victims of the typhoon. People are in desperate need of food, clothing and shelter.
A penny that you can spare can feed one of the victims, keep them warm, and will make them feel loved.
