T21 Friends - Down's Syndrome support group

The 'T21 Friends' is a Down's Syndrome support group run by and for parents in our area. 

It has been an invaluable source of information, help and understanding.  It funds physiotherapy, speech and language, and feeding workshops when these are not available through the NHS. 

We would have a very hard time without it and want to make sure other families can benefit, too. 

I promised my wife I wouldn't run another marathon, but this one has a lot of hills in it - 3500ft of hills -so I might do a bit of walking this time out.

I know that everyone in the group would be extremely grateful for anything we can muster.
