Helping Puerto Rico

Hurricane Maria has caused massive damage in Puerto Rico.  Over 80% of the island doesn't have power and many don't have potable water. Puerto Ricans need help.  After speaking with family members there, it's clear that there is a humanitarian crisis in PR and that will be the case for a very long time.

With very generous donations we've received, we're able to initiate our first trip to PR with food, water, medicine, generators, satellite phones and manpower to help clear roads and properties.  We'll be leaving to PR on Wednesday, October 18th.  We'll be visiting with friends and family to assess their needs and immediately get to work trying to help.  We need more money so that we can help as many fellow Puerto Ricans as we can.  Your donations will be used to purchase more generators, chainsaws, safety items, food, water, medical supplies and more for our fellow citizens.  We're also going to help those who want to evacuate the island with airline tickets to the mainland US.  Any amount will be greatly appreciated and will go towards these efforts.
