<div>Heel graag vraag ik jullie hulp voor het uitbrengen van <strong>mijn eerste muziek album</strong>. Mijn liedjes heb ik de afgelopen jaren al met jullie gedeeld tijdens workshops en concerten. Nu is het moment dat ik ze graag opneem, zodat jullie ze ook thuis kunnen beluisteren.

<div>Mijn verhalende poëtische muziek gaat over de mens en ons vermogen tot transformatie.<strong> Het is mijn missie om met mijn muziek bij te dragen aan de psychische en emotionele gezondheid van mensen. </strong>Dit doe ik door te zingen over troost, zelfliefde, acceptatie, loslaten en andere levensthema's die ons dichter bij onszelf, onze liefde en een gevoel van thuiskomen brengen.

<div>In mijn muziek zet ik <strong>onze levenskracht</strong> in het licht. Ik geloof in praten over de echtheid van het leven, over samen zijn hierin. <strong>Ik moedig je aan</strong>, ik laat je herinneren wat je diep van binnen al weet, ik omarm en troost, verwelkom alles in jou. En <strong>ik laat je kei hard meezingen</strong>, zodat je dit zelf tot in je vezels gaat voelen!

<div>Voor wie mij nog niet kent: Ik ben Sofie Porro, stembevrijder, zangeres en actrice. Ik heb het mooiste vak dat er is, vind ik zelf! Ik treed op met mijn workshops en eigen muziek, waarin ik een brug sla tussen uitvoerende kunsten en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Ik begeleid kinderen en volwassenen in het proces van toe-eigening van hun <strong>expressie en stem</strong>: opnieuw in contact komen met hun creativiteit, vrijheid en speelplezier, in plaats van de uiterlijke technische prestaties, zoals we die in ons huidige schoolsysteem krijgen aangeleerd.

<div>Daarnaast werk ik als trainer en acteur met professionals op het gebied van kindermishandeling, huiselijk geweld en misbruik. Ik studeer momenteel om lichaamsgericht psychotherapeut te worden. En werk met muziektherapie, waarin de muziek dient om traumatische ervaringen een plek te geven en de mens daaronder te <strong>bevrijden van de angst, </strong>vernauwing en de patronen die door trauma ontstaan zijn. Zo kunnen we <strong>onze wonden omzetten tot wijsheid, onze stem terugvinden </strong>en de lessen die we leren, gaan inzetten om de wereld een mooiere plek te maken. En bovenal, <strong>het leven bij de lurven grijpen en haar vol durven leven!</strong>

<div>I would like to ask for your help to <strong>release my first music album.</strong> Most of you were able to hear my music already in my concerts and workshops, but I would love to start recording the songs also.

<div>My poetic music is about being human and our capacity for transformation.<strong> It is my mission to contribute to people's psychological and emotional health with my music. </strong>I do this by singing about consolation, self-love, acceptance, letting go and other life themes that bring us closer to ourselves, our love and a sense of home coming.

<div>Because life is a great journey of attachment and detachment, of creating and letting go, growing and learning, sometimes through merciless hard knocks or immense losses we face. How do we learn to carry these obstacles?

<div>I believe in conversations about <strong>the realness of life</strong>, I believe in sharing and being together. In my music I sing about our life force energy. I encourage you, I remind you of what you already know deep inside, I embrace and welcome everything in you. And I will make you sing along as loud as possible, so that you can feel it in your whole body!

<div>For those who don't know me yet: I'm Sofie Porro, voice liberator, singer and actress. I think I have the best job there is! I teach at schools of performing arts and I perform with my own workshops and music, in which I make a cross over between the arts and personal development. I host 1 on 1 and group sessions to guide children and adults in the process of appropriating their expression and voice: reconnecting with their creative flow, freedom,<strong> their authentic voice</strong>, rather than the outer technical achievements, as we were taught to focus on in our current school system.

<div>I also work as a trainer and actor with professionals in the field of child abuse, domestic violence and abuse. I am currently studying to become a somatic psychotherapist. And I work with music therapy, in which the music serves <strong>to give traumatic experiences a safe place</strong> in our inner landscape and <strong>learn how to let go of fear and unprocessed emotions</strong>. In this way we <strong>turn our wounds into wisdom</strong>. Let our voices be heard, use it for a more beautiful world and help others to do the same. And above all, <strong>grab life by the throat and dare to fully live it!</strong>
