The first order of business is our registration fee of $12,750.
Other event costs include fuel, travel, trainings, tracking equipment, as well as off-road required products, bringing the total cost to about $20,000.
The amazing new development is that I now have a corporate sponsor who, while they chose not to support my cause directly, have agreed to match my funds for an incredibly impactful cause. That is a potential of $20,000!!!
King's Ransom organization has been very close to my heart for a long time. In fact, in 2017, as my mom and I prepared to visit Nicaragua on a service trip, I was able to raise money to fund the building of two homes for the extreme poor in Nicaragua through donations and selling candles that I made.
The matching donations from this page, will now be benefitting a cause close to home, but one many of us do not want to talk about- Sex Trafficking. Unfortunately, this is a growing industry in the United States, and all too prominant in our beautiful cities, San Diego included.
