<div>The multicultural institute is looking for help to raise funds for the "Day Laborer Christmas Event", which is for laborers/domestic workers and their children. We provide them with a hot meal and a gift, and also distribute meals and gifts to people who cannot afford to step away from the street corner as they are looking for work in a time when work can be scarce. We are hoping to provide 240 meal boxes this holiday season, and all meal boxes will be provided by local, women-led small businesses. Please reach out to Kathleen Xie at [email redacted] or Wilson Tao at [email redacted] for more details/questions.
