Help Paul meet his basic needs.

The conviction has been overturned and Dad is heading home. In 1995, my father, Paul Jenkins was tried and convicted of a brutal murder, kidnapping and robbery in Montana City Montana. He has maintained his innocence throughout his 23+ years of imprisonment.

The Montana innocence Project were able to not only prove that he was innocent, but they also identified the actual killer. Dad was sentenced to 240 yrs in state prison in May 1995.

His conviction was overturned on April 12, 2018

He walks out of the prison with the clothes on his back and all of his belongings in a small plastic tote. He is in need of litterally everything. After basic necessities are secured,  we want to focus on getting a handicap vehicle so that he can be transported to and from his many medical appointments with ease.

He is a double leg amputee with brittle diabetes, partially blind and very hard of hearing. The travels just to and from court will be hours of driving both ways. Any help you can give will be very much appreciated.
