Swindell Fire Relief Fund

On August 15, 2017, a fire displaced six members of the Swindell family in Suffolk, VA including a husband, wife and 4 children under the age of 12.  The two family cats perished in the fire.  The home sustained fire, water and heavy smoke damage and is a total loss.  The family will be unable to return to the home for an estimated 10 months.  One child has started and the other children are starting school and parents are finding a new norm heading back to work.  In the meantime, any funds received will be used for clothing, school supplies, household items and various deposits for housing in the transition.
