<div>Hi Friends,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Lauren here! I’m so excited to share that I’m hosting a special charity workout event to support the incredible work of the <strong>LAFD Foundation</strong>! This organization provides critical resources, equipment, and support to the brave firefighters and first responders of the Los Angeles Fire Department—those who risk their lives every single day to protect and serve our community.

<div>Giving back has always been close to my heart. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’m lucky to have the skills to bring people together in a way that’s fun, positive, and meaningful. When the chance arose to use those skills to support the heroes who literally put themselves in harm’s way to keep us safe, it felt like the perfect way to give back to the people who give so much.

<div>For me, this cause is personal. These teams of first responders are often the ones running into danger when the rest of us are running away. They save lives, protect families, and provide comfort during some of life’s scariest moments. Knowing I can do something to support them and their mission means the world to me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>That’s why I’m asking for your help. <strong>Whether you can attend the event or simply make a donation, every dollar raised will go toward supporting the LAFD Foundation in their vital work.</strong> I am kindly requesting a $25 minimum donation to secure your spot in the workout as I will have to cap the class at 36 people. But all locals are welcome to drop by the event and hang out! Together, we can ensure our first responders have the resources they need to keep our communities safe.
</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Let’s make a difference, have fun, and show our gratitude for these everyday heroes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting this cause that means so much to me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With love and gratitude,

</div>
