Top surgery

Hey everyone,

My name is Jess and I have finally begun my journey with my transition. I came out as transgender in January 2021 after many years. It’s been an exciting time since coming out to then beginning hormone therapy. My next stage is to get top surgery.

I’m getting married and would love nothing more than to be able to feel and be in the right body for my special day. 

I have spent many many years having dysphoria about my chest and I know it would alleviate a lot of my anxieties and give me the confidence I need to be who i am.
