Dog's operation

Hi, my name is Max and we have an 12 year old stafford.
Sadly we discoverd that she has a stomach tumor lately and needs to have surgery.

Because it's an old dog my family doesn't want to spend the money it will cost and I can't afford it.
I've never done this before but it would mean the world to me if you could help us out.
