Hello friends and family,

I’m doing something that is very hard for me however at this time I feel is necessary. Currently Mom and I are working on purchasing a house so that she can move in with us since it’s no longer safe for her to live alone. The closing costs on the house we are attempting to purchase is more than we have and there are also modifications that will need to be made in order to make it handicap accessible for her. At the same time, I’m working on getting started in the real estate business so I can start working from home as soon as possible so that she won’t be home alone once we move. It turns out there are a considerable amount of association and membership fees required to get started that I don’t have since we are trying to buy the house.
