Help my cousin recover

My cousin Mike recently was attacked and he had to undergo emergency brain surgery. He is currently in he ICU fighting for his life. Mike is a very caring person, he loves adventures and lives life to the fullest. We just found out that he does not have health insurance to cover his hospital bills.
