From the artist and designer behind the 2017 Bay Area "United Against Hate" posters by Lena Wolff and Lexi Visco, new bold posters have been designed in both English and Spanish to encourage voter participation in the 2018 midterms and 2020 elections.
With your help, we'll print the new VOTE posters in both English and Spanish at Bay Area union print shop Autumn Press and distribute them across the country! Our plan is to make them free within the Bay Area and also send them into regions with lower voter participation and where the Spanish version may be especially encouraging, including the California Central Valley and Texas.
The posters have been made in 6 different versions and are big enough to be visible from the street when hung in windows - 19 x 12.5 inches. If you donate in any amount and live in the Bay Area, you'll be able to pick free posters to distribute however you like, to your neighbors or relatives living in different parts of the country. Our goal is to print and distribute as many posters as soon as possible! The more funds we raise - the cheaper the printing becomes:
To print 1000 : $1,240 = $1.24 per poster
To print 5000 - $1,753 = $0.35 per poster
To print 7,500 - $2,044 = $0.27 per poster
To print 20,000 - $3,740 = $0.19 per poster
