This October, a group of Moggill Dads will be taking on one of the toughest endurance events in the world – the Spartan Trifecta Weekend. Over two days, we’ll complete three brutal obstacle course races:

• Spartan Sprint (5km, 20+ obstacles)

• Spartan Super (10km, 25+ obstacles)

• Spartan Beast (21km, 30+ obstacles)

That’s 36 kilometres of running, over 75 obstacles, and countless moments of mud, sweat, and grit – all in the name of something far bigger than ourselves.

This year, the Suzy Connor Charity Shield is supporting Henry, a brave 6-year-old who has already shown more courage than most of us could ever imagine. For the past two and a half years, Henry has been fighting Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Earlier this year, he completed his chemotherapy – a massive milestone – but he still faces several surgeries in the months ahead.

Through it all, Henry has remained cheeky, funny, and full of life – an inspiration not only to his family but to the whole community.

We’re raising money on behalf of Team Henry, with all funds going to the Suzy Connor Fundraiser 2025. These funds will help bring Henry, his mum, dad, brother, and sister joy, special experiences, and the chance to create happy memories they truly deserve.

Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. When the course gets tough, we’ll push through knowing we’re running for Henry – because his fight is far tougher than anything we’ll face on race day.
