As Sutra Salon approaches our nine year anniversary who could have imagined that we would have faced our most challenging year of business in 2020. We are so grateful to all our clients, friends and family who have supported us through this amazing journey.
On December 5, 2020 by order of the State of California and the LA County Board of Supervisors we were ordered to close our doors for the third time, and on Tuesday December 29, we were given notice that shut down has been extended with no end date being given at this time. As heartbreaking as this new shut down order is for all of us we understand that in order protect our clients, staff, and community from COVID-19 that our compliance is necessary.
Like so many other small business in California weathering the storm has become increasingly more difficult. With the uncertainty any future support for small businesses from our Federal, State or Local government we are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet. We are seeking to raise funds for rent, bills and payroll expenses.
We are humbled by all the requests and inquiries of how to support at this time and we would greatly appreciate any assistance no matter how great or small.
We thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity and we hope that everyone stays safe and healthy.
