Sustainable help for 3 Tanzanian projects (NGOs)
On my recent trip to Tanzania, I met many great people, had numerous adventures, and was amazed by the breathtaking natural beauty of the country.
I was particularly touched by the encounter with three very special people - Nicas, Leah and Baraka - and learning about their sacrificial work. With their NGOs and projects, they work every day with full commitment, a lot of courage and great passion to improve the lives of people in their communities.
My goal is to continue to support these projects in their valuable work, especially since there is no government assistance for this. I can personally vouch for the fact that all support goes directly to the people involved and is put to use.
These strong projects in Tanzania need your support:
Nicas Education and Technology Center (Moshi): Nicas is particularly involved in early childhood education and runs a preschool and elementary school, also teaching children about sustainability, upcycling and recycling. He is also very passionate about promoting fruit and vegetable cultivation in the region and developing suitable planting conditions.
Teng'ena Community Development Organization (Monduli): Leah and her husband Moise work together to erase female genital mutilation (FGM) and early child marriage in Maasai communities around Arusha, Tanzania. They want to give young women a better future, especially through personal and repeated reconnaissance and education, but also by showing them perspectives and income opportunities (e.g. in soap production).
Engishon EMAA Foundation (Engare Sero): Founded and led by visionary young Maasai man Baraka, who is committed to empowering his community to take full advantage of their natural resources and other opportunities for community development. EEF aims especially to fight gender-based violence, educate not only kids but also erase analphabetism among adults and set in motion the process of self-emancipation and empowerment of Maasai women whose social and economic predicament is deeply caused by age-old traditional structures and customs which directly militate against women human rights and their basic human dignity and economic rights.

On behalf of these three projects I thank you for any support!
