On March 6, 2018, the world lost an incredible person. Susan D'Almeida Snyder devoted her life to helping others. She was a dedicated oncology nurse, a supportive sister to Marion Tavares, an adoring mother to Michael Snyder and an irreplaceable friend to so many of us. We will always remember her hilarious sense of humor and unwavering compassion. Susan's spirit was one of a kind. Her death has left us with a deep void that can never be filled. 

As many of you know, throughout her life and especially over the past 6 years, Michael was Susan’s strongest supporter. While Susan was in and out of the hospital, he took time off from work and nursing school to be there for his mom at every turn.  Together they worked to put all of their limited income and savings towards the endless amount of hospital bills and treatment costs. Unfortunately, this has created a financial burden for Michael as he grieves this tremendous loss. To help ease the strain, please consider donating to this memorial fund in lieu of sending flowers.
