Help My Family in Gaza: Children in Need and a Sick Sister

Donation protected
Our lives changed forever when the war in Gaza entered its fourth month in January 2024. That’s when our home was destroyed in an airstrike, leaving us with nothing but our lives. We had built a humble life filled with love, laughter, and dreams—but the war stole everything.

We are a family made up entirely of children—my siblings, my cousins—and among us is my dear sister, who suffers from Friedreich’s Ataxia, a rare and painful neurological disease. She needs constant care, medication, and follow-up that simply no longer exists under siege.

The night our home was bombed, we fled under the sound of explosions, carrying only a few belongings and the hope of finding safety. Since then, we’ve moved from shelter to shelter until we ended up in a refugee camp, living in a tent. A tent is not a home—it is a place to survive. We live with cold, hunger, fear, and uncertainty every single day.

My sister’s condition is worsening without access to medical help. The children are traumatized, deprived of education, joy, and even the most basic needs like clean water. My siblings, once full of dreams, now live in silence—drawing pictures in the sand instead of on paper.

The Purpose of This Campaign:

We are asking for your support to help us:
• Provide food, clean water, and shelter for the children
• Secure medication and treatment for my sister
• Cover the high costs of leaving Gaza through the Rafah border
• Find temporary housing and rebuild our lives in safety
• Start a small business to support the family with dignity

Leaving Gaza is not easy—it requires coordination fees, transportation, and survival funds just to begin a new life in Egypt, where we can escape the war and build something new.

Why Your Support Matters:

Every dollar you donate is a step toward hope. A step toward saving my sister’s life, toward helping children feel safe again, and toward giving us the chance to live with dignity.

Please consider sharing our story, supporting this campaign, and being part of rewriting our story—from tragedy to survival, and hopefully, to renewal.

From the bottom of our hearts: thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your help
