My name is Reham Abu Asi, and I am writing on behalf of my family of 17, as well as four neighbouring families who share the same struggle. Together, we are five families with no homes, no income, and no security.

Since the war on Gaza began, we have lost everything: our houses, our work, and most painfully, members of our family - including my brothers and their children. With no breadwinner left, survival has become an overwhelming daily challenge.

I am a mother of three:

• Rakan, my eldest, whose greatest wish is to return to school and continue his education.

• Ghasan and Razan, the joy and fruit of my home, who dream of a normal childhood far from fear and deprivation.

Sadly, the only functioning school nearby is private, with fees of 200 shekels (around $50) per month - an amount we cannot afford under the current blockade and famine.

Before this war, I briefly moved to Turkey, hoping to build a better future, but I could not live away from my family and Gaza, so I returned - only for the war to erupt and trap us here. The dreams I had of building a future for my children have disappeared overnight.

Life under blockade is beyond difficult. Prices are impossibly high: to give one example, a 750g jar of Nutella costs 350 shekels (about $100). Imagine not being able to afford even the simplest treat for your children.

To be honest, my wish is to raise $500,000 USD. I know this sounds like a very high amount, but we are talking about five families who have lost absolutely everything - homes, work, education, health, and safety. This fund would allow us to evacuate from Gaza, secure safe housing, cover school fees, and provide food, water, clothing, and medical care.

Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to survival and dignity. Even $10 makes a difference.

To ensure my family’s survival, I need to cover the basic expenses for temporary shelter displacement. Here are the approximate costs:

- Tent: 3,000 shekels ($1,052)

- Transportation: 2,500 shekels ($775)

- Family bathroom: 1,500 shekels ($451)

- Renting a small plot of land: $180

- Bathroom service setup: $150

In total, I approximately $2,000 to $2,700 to secure temporary shelter, and this onlu for 1 family, and we are 5 families.

my credibility: I volunteer at Palestine house in London, I volunteer for the Hind rajab foundation where I have made memorial piece for Hind Rajab, I have designed and made prints and cards rising £6000 for Palestine charities.

I won the world illustration award for posters for Gaza cola where 100% of their profits go to water data and healthcare, this was work I made for free so do not wish to exploit the suffering of Palestinians in any shape or form :-
