I never thought I'd be here, but here we are.

I'm Shayna, and my husband, Travis, was assaulted in March 2025 while at a stop light with his family. A man we knew seemed upset we passed him on the right. then got out of his car, walked over, and punched Travis in the face.

Because of this senseless violence, Travis now has a concussion and post-concussion syndrome. This has led to him not being able to work a steady job, nor has he been able to grow his business. He is also not the same person he once was, and I worry he never will be.

These funds will help him continue his needed therapies as well as help our oldest daughter, Chloe, continue pursuing her hockey dream by helping us pay her many fees for teams and camps. We don't want her life and dreams put on hold because someone decided to hurt her dad. She wants to be a goalie in the PWHL one day and we want to help her get there, but we need your help while we, as a family, recover from Travis's assault.
